Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Ghana marks its inaugural Chapitre in Accra, bringing together local hoteliers, chefs, sommeliers and food lovers for an evening steeped in tradition, ceremony and fine cuisine. It's the start of a new chapter for gastronomy in Ghana, and an invitation to join a global community nearly 25,000 members strong.
